Job Title: Business System Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst brings at least 5 years experience in the Financial Services Industry and experience working in a technical capacity in the collection of requirements, and design, testing and documentation of complex business systems. Experience in Insurance (Specialty, Commercial P&C, Life) is preferred. The Business Systems Analyst must be willing and able to travel internationally to work on projects on-site, up to 80%, depending on the project.

Main Accountabilities:
Client Projects
The Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role throughout client projects, from the Inception to the Transition phase, and works closely with clients and the Camilion team to deliver high-quality solutions. The Business Analyst can expect to split their time between a primary and secondary project as required.
- Assist in creating analysis and design documents for Camilion Software solutions
- Participate in review and analysis of client requirement documents
- Support data mapping analysis
- Develop and implement business rules using Camilion's ProductAuthority software - for rating, referrals, underwriting, re-assignments, forms attachment, reporting and business flow.
- Support the creation and validation of functional and integration test cases
- Support and participate in test execution and other QA activities
- Create Functional/Transaction Design Documents

- Participate in knowledge transfer to client resources
Internal Projects
The Business Systems Analyst often needs to divide his/her time amongst client responsibilities and internal projects, requiring good time management and prioritization skills. Internal projects may involve pre-sales activities, training, and contributing to the evolution of the Camilion documentation.
