Job Title: Senior Account Executive or Sales Manager

Reporting to: Senior Vice President, Sales
Location: Preference for Toronto, secondary: North East U.S.
Territory: North East & Central United States.
Deal Size: $1,000,000+ (US$)
Quota: $2,000,000 to $3,000,000

Summary

We seek a top performer and an aggressive hunter to leverage our early successes to top tier Insurance and Financial Services companies. They must be able to call into C-level executives and effectively communicate company's value proposition to the decision makers. Using consultative selling techniques, they must analyze customers' business operations, determine the best solutions for each customer's technology needs, and establish a hard dollar ROI. They will also be required to maximize revenue per customer through the sale of company's premier enterprise application and professional services.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Successful candidate will have more than 10 years proven sales success selling enterprise software to the Fortune 500 ($1B+ in revenues) Insurance / financial services industry.
  • Must have experience selling complex multi-tier opportunities with decision makers in both the business side and IT side of the house.
  • Prior experience selling applications into the large Insurance Company space in the US is a plus. Success and prior experience in the Financial Services software market is a requirement.
  • Must have proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas and demonstrated ability to uncover opportunities, build a strong pipeline, penetrate accounts, and close business. Must be aggressive and highly motivated.

Education Required:

  • University Level Education at a minimum.
  • Preferably Engineering, Business or Computer Science

Travel:

  • Within territory, 1-2 days every 2 - 3 weeks.
