Our solutions and implementation methods are flexible so we can provide knowledge transfer throughout our projects and through our comprehensive training programs.
First, we work with you to understand just how self-sufficient you want to be, and by when.
Then we do a comprehensive inventory of the skills and knowledge required for each role to achieve the self-sufficiency you want, and compare that to the current knowledge and skill levels of your employees.

Once we know where the gaps are, we develop a plan to bridge those gaps. We can, for example,

- Mentor your employees "on the job." The learning is practical and effective
- Assign work that provides hands-on experience of configuring, extending and testing the solution
- Recommend appropriate education channels

- Third party educational courses, e.g. expert Java coding courses
- Camilion application documentation, e.g. functional user guide
- Measure the gains made by each employee responsible for a component of the self-sufficiency plan
- Review and make recommendations for situations where the employee is not capable of meeting the required level of skill and knowledge.
