Our Project Management Office is committed to delivery excellence for our clients.
We focus on continuous improvement of our practices and tools. As soon as we learn it, we pass it on to our clients. We make sure our employees' project skills and knowledge are current.
We do "health checks," project reviews that allow us to recognize and fix problems before they can affect the project objectives. We also have "project phase exit gates," providing check points where you can halt, change direction, or reconsider objectives.
Our Integration Services incorporate ProductAuthority® and Authority Suite® with your other enterprise or legacy systems, whether they are mainframe, client/server or web applications. Our team of highly trained Solution Architects has the technical depth and integration experience to make your integration successful.
Health Check
At Camilion™, we use our program to review the status of each project. With a Health Check, we can find and fix any problems before they affect the success of the project.
Our Health Checks reduce your risk. It's a continuous improvement methodology. We make sure that the best practices and methods of our Authority Implementation Methodology are available and used by the project teams.
We conduct Health Checks at least quarterly for each project, or whenever you think it's needed.
