Ross Orrett, President & Chief Executive Officer
Ross joined Camilion as an independent board member in 2005 and later took the reins as President & CEO. With a proven ability to build successful companies, he is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and leading its growth as a provider of world class enterprise software solutions to the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Camilion, Ross founded AbovePlan Corporation, a software company providing On-Demand sales and marketing solutions for insurance. Camilion acquired AbovePlan in 2005. Prior to AbovePlan, he was President & CEO of InSystems
Corporation, a leading provider of document automation and relationship management solutions to the insurance and financial services industries. During his tenure, InSystems grew from a small entrepreneurial company with less than $1 million in revenues, to almost $40 million in revenues and over 300 customers.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of the Stanford University's Executive Program for Growing Companies.

Neil Ohm, Chief Technology Officer
A founder of Camilion Solutions, Neil is responsible for Camilion's technology direction as well as leading the research and development efforts for new technologies to service existing and new markets. He is also integrally involved in providing the direction for the Company's technology architecture.
Prior to establishing Camilion, Neil founded two other successful software companies: Blue Universe Systems Inc., where he serviced the needs of major clients such as Sony Canada Ltd., Fujitsu Canada, and IER Consulting; and Mindlab Inc., an IT consulting and project management services organization.
Neil has a Business degree from the University of Toronto.

Susan Hutt, Senior Vice President, R&D and Services
Susan is responsible for product design and development as well as leading an experienced team of professionals in delivering world-class services including implementation, training and customer support to our growing list of clients.
With more than 20 years of enterprise software services experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client services, Susan has held executive and management positions with some of North America's most successful companies.
Prior to joining Camilion, Susan held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Services for Workbrain, where she was responsible for world wide services including professional services, education services, client support, hosting and client success. Previous to Workbrain, Susan worked 10 years at PeopleSoft as an executive in their Global Services Division. During her tenure, Susan held a variety of positions including responsibility for the customer base and all services in Canada, Hosting and Applications Management services globally, a variety of global Professional Services practices and the creation of new and emerging services. Preceding PeopleSoft, Susan held a senior executive customer-facing role at Integral Systems where she was instrumental in managing large scale implementation projects.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree from the University of Waterloo.

Robert Logan, Senior Vice President, Sales
Robert is responsible for leading Camilion's worldwide sales efforts, developing strong customer relationships and building strategic relationships with key industry partners.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership in software sales management, business development and providing vertical solutions at the enterprise level to global customers, Robert has a collaborative style that blends a unique combination of sales strategy and process. He has a proven track record of exceeding annual revenue targets and has domain expertise in hardware sales, software sales, enterprise business solutions, professional services, marketing operations, and channel development.
Prior to joining Camilion, Robert held the position of Vice President of Sales, North America at Open Text Corporation, where he led sales efforts and was responsible for leading a team of 120 sales professionals. Robert played an integral role in the growth of Open Text, during his tenure the company's revenue grew 50% over a two year period, due in large part to his influence in moving Open Text to a deeper, multi-vertical sales strategy. Prior to Open Text, Robert was President Canadian Operations at Interleaf Canada, a leading provider of software solutions, where he was instrumental in growing the Canadian operation. Robert has also held senior sales positions at Securit Inc., netPCS Networks Inc. and ServicePlus Corporation.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree from the University of Ottawa.

Dave Conte, Chief Financial Officer
Dave is responsible for leadership of all financial functions within the company. He is also responsible for leading the human resources practices and policies of the organization and corporate services. Dave joined Camilion in 2001, and held the positions of Director Finance and Vice President of Finance before being appointed CFO.
Dave has extensive knowledge of finance and accounting, as well as technology experience in a breadth of industries. Prior to joining Camilion, Dave held senior finance positions with Dell Computers, Bank of Butterfield, and Ernst & Young LLP.
Dave earned his CA designation in 1992, his CISA designation in 1997, and he holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Gwen Lannaman, Vice President, Marketing
Gwen is responsible for all aspects of Camilion's marketing and product management activities including, corporate marketing, demand generation, sales support as well as developing product strategies and managing the lifecycles for Camilion's innovative product development and management solution and P&C policy administration system.
With over 25 years of experience, Gwen has consulted, managed projects and worked hands-on with some of Canada's fastest growing high tech organizations. Working closely with CEOs and marketing and sales executives in both the business-to-consumer and business-to-business markets, she has helped build brand, increase revenue and create thought leadership.
Before joining Camilion, Gwen held senior marketing positions with Ceridian Canada, InSystems Technologies, ATI Technologies, Fujitsu Canada, Spar Aerospace, and Nortel.
Gwen has a Journalism Degree from Ryerson University and is a member of the Board of Directors for Toronto East Community Support Services and is a volunteer literacy tutor.
