Ross Orrett, President & Chief Executive Officer

Ross joined Camilion as an independent board member in 2005 and later took the reins as President & CEO. With a proven ability to build successful companies, Ross' primary focus is to guide Camilion through its next phase of growth; lead the company's sales execution as well as deliver industry-leading solutions and build an exceptional professional services and support organization to solidify Camilion's leadership position in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Camilion, Ross founded AbovePlan Corporation, a software company providing On-Demand sales and marketing solutions for insurance. Camilion acquired AbovePlan in 2005. Prior to AbovePlan he was President & CEO of InSystems Corporation, a leading provider of document automation and relationship management solutions to the insurance and financial services industries. During his tenure, InSystems grew from a small entrepreneurial company with less than $1 million in revenues, to almost $40 million in revenues and over 300 customers.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and was a graduate of the Stanford University's Executive Program for Growing Companies.

Neil Ohm, Vice President Research & Development, CTO

Neil directs product design and development at Camilion, and drives the company's technology architecture and direction.

He has technical and product development expertise gleaned from an impressive career in software management. Neil founded his own companies: Blue Universe Systems Inc. from 1995-2000, where he serviced the needs of major clients such as Sony Canada Ltd., Fujitsu Canada, and IER Consulting; and Mindlab Inc., an IT consulting and project management services organization.

Neil earned a Business degree from the University of Toronto in 1983.

Tim Attia, Senior Vice President, Strategic Relationships

Tim is Senior Vice President, Strategic Relationships at Camilion, with responsibility for developing and leading strategic relationships with the industry's top insurance organizations.

Tim has more than 15 years of experience selling and delivering business solutions to Fortune and FP 100 corporations. As co-founder and CEO of Ajengo, inc., a software company focused on the property and casualty commercial lines industry in the US, Tim was responsible for strategic direction as well as sales and marketing. With CGI, Tim held positions as their Vice President of the Insurance sector in the US operations and Regional Vice President of the South East Region out of the Atlanta office.

He has an Electrical Engineering degree from McGill University in Montreal.

Susan Hutt
Senior Vice-President, Services

Susan is responsible for leading an experienced team of professionals in delivering world-class services including implementation, training and customer support to our growing list of clients.

With more than 20 years of enterprise software services experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client services, Susan has held executive and management positions with some of North America's most successful companies.

Prior to joining Camilion, Susan held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Services for Workbrain, where she was responsible for world wide services including professional services, education services, client support, hosting and client success. Previous to Workbrain, Susan worked 10 years at PeopleSoft as an executive in their Global Services Division. During her tenure, Susan held a variety of positions including responsibility for the customer base and all services in Canada, Hosting and Applications Management services globally, a variety of global Professional Services practices and the creation of new and emerging services. Preceding PeopleSoft, Susan held a senior executive customer-facing role at Integral Systems where she was instrumental in managing large scale implementation projects.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree from the University of Waterloo.

Dave Conte, Vice President, Finance, Human Resources & Administration

Dave is responsible for corporate financial planning, reporting and analysis as well as financial information systems and standards. He is also responsible for leading the human resources practices and policies of the organization and corporate services.

Dave has extensive knowledge of finance and accounting, as well as technology experience in a breadth of industries. Prior to joining Camilion in 2001, Dave worked at Dell Computers, Bank of Butterfield, and Ernst & Young.

He has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, and earned his CA and CISA designations.

Gwen Lannaman, Vice President, Marketing

Gwen is responsible for the strategic direction of the company's product offerings as well as developing, implementing and driving integrated marketing strategies for the company, including lead generation, partner marketing support, PR and communications.

With over 25 years of experience, Gwen has consulted, managed projects and worked hands-on with some of Canada's fastest growing high tech organizations. Working closely with CEOs and marketing and sales executives in both the business-to-consumer and business-to-business markets, she helps create brand, increase revenue and convey key messages.

Before joining Camilion, Gwen held senior marketing positions with Ceridian Canada, InSystems Technologies, ATI Technologies, Fujitsu Canada, Spar Aerospace, and Nortel. She has a Journalism Degree from Ryerson University.

Gwen is a member of the Board of Directors for Meals Here and There and is a volunteer literacy tutor.
