PA304: Configuring Your Workbench

The Workbench module of ProductAuthority® is a configurable product management portal that simplifies the product development and management processes. This course is designed to establish the core concepts required to configure the Workbench module to meet your business needs. Through a series of step-by-step demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will learn how to configure and construct various workflows reflecting the business process. Specifically, students will learn how to use the product catalogue that provides visibility to all product information, including rules that apply to all available products. Additionally, students will build a specific workflow that will mimic a business flow. Upon completion, students will have developed a customized product portal using ProductAuthority's Configurator and Designer modules.
